Salford Sidekicks we have Volunteers helping people with long term medical conditions until 31st August 2011.
The following gives an overview of what we were offering
but we are currently closed to new referrals
and not recruiting new volunteers
- § Keen to join a self care/self helpgroup or exercise group but are nervous about going the first time?
- § Recently been diagnosed with a long term medicalcondition and are feeling isolated?
- § Had to give up work or a particular activity you enjoyed due to your medical condition?
- § Have your own car but temporarily unable to drive whilst you recover from a hospital stay?
